Using the menu Contacts-->Maintain complaints, you can view complaints that have been registered and also modify them. After opening the menu you can make a selection using the search window. If you don’t select anything, all complaints will be displayed. Depending on the value of the parameter 1747, processed complaints can also be displayed. The window will display all complaints that the logged-on WinTree user still has to process. If complaints from other WinTree users are required to be displayed, then the appropriate employee must be selected via the search window.
It is not possible to modify any data in the lines displayed; this can be done via [Change]. The "Register complaint" window will now be opened. All displayed data can be modified (see "Registering complaints"). Place a tick in the checkbox "Processing completed" when the complaint has been processed. This must be done for both the customer and the supplier.
Using the [Add] button, you can also register a ‘separate’ complaint. In the opened "Register complaint" window, all the data must be entered manually. You can select any of the entered complaint types here. On the tab page "Customer" you can search for clients using [Search customer…]. If the complaint concerns a specific sales order line, after selecting the customer, and using [Search sales order line] you can select the correct sales order line. In the top right-hand corner of the window only the sales price from the selected sales order line will be displayed. The other data must be entered manually.
On the tab page "Supplier", using [Search supplier…] you can search for a supplier. If the complaint concerns a specific purchase order line, after selecting the supplier, and using the [Search order line] you can select the correct purchase order line. In the top right-hand corner of the window only the purchase price from the selected sales order line will be displayed. The other data must be entered manually.

If a sales order line is selected, a complaint will not be automatically registered with the supplier on which the sales order line was allocated. This must be done manually. |
